Can't send an email due to CAPTCHA

If you are unable to send an email from your mobile device, and are getting the error message, fill in error message you will need to log into a desktop computer and send a message from there.
Once you have sent a message and filled in the CAPTCHA code displayed, from a desktop computer you will be able to send messages from your mobile device.

When you are filling out the Customer Care form please provide a detailed description of your issue that is at a minimum of 100 characters. If you do not provide at least a 100 character description the form will not be sent to customer care.
