How To Mark A Message As Spam

To mark a message as spam:
1. Check the box next to the message that is spam.
2. Scroll down to the "Actions" menu, and click the down arrow.
3. Select Mark as spam.
4. Click Go.
To mark a message not as spam:
1. Click the Folders button.
2. Click into the Spam folder.
3. Check the box next to the message you want to mark as not spam.
4. Scroll down to the "Actions" menu, and click the down arrow.
5. Select Mark as not spam.
6. Click Go.

When you are filling out the Customer Care form please provide a detailed description of your issue that is at a minimum of 100 characters. If you do not provide at least a 100 character description the form will not be sent to customer care.
